As we prepare for Sunday’s launch, take a few quiet moments to consider where you are in your walk with Christ.
Your next step does not need to be dramatic to be meaningful. It simply needs to be biblical and obedient.
Perhaps your next step is to:
* Learn more about salvation.
* Follow Christ in baptism.
* Pursue church membership.
* Return to faithful worship and fellowship.
* Join a Sunday Bible study.
* Begin reading Scripture consistently.
* Repair a broken relationship.
* Find a place to serve.
* Share the gospel with someone.
* Encourage a younger believer.
The goal of our discipleship pathway is not to pressure everyone into the same activity. It is to help every person move faithfully toward maturity in Christ.
Pray today:
“Lord, search my heart. Show me where I need to grow. Give me courage to take my next step, humility to receive help, and love to help someone else follow Jesus.”
